Living The Biblical Worldview, new seminar

Thursday, July 21st, 2011 | Author:

In 2007 I taught a seminar in California called, “Living the Biblical Worldview.”  It was recorded and is offered on the list of audio files.  A lot has happened since 2007.  This November I will be teaching the seminar again, in Orlando at the Holy Land Experience.  The updated material will add significantly to the understanding of the ancient Semitic culture that produced the Bible.  This is especially important for applying Scripture in our lives today.  The seminar will deal with precisely how we can engage this culture from a biblical perspective.  It will offer substantial additions to the paradigm differences between the biblical worldview and our Western-Greek worldview.

I encourage you to take advantge of this opportunity.  It is offered through Master’s International Divinity School.  If you want to register for credit or audit, please go to this link and scroll to the November 7-9 seminar.

If you would like to attend but do not want academic credit, please email me with your request.  Space is very limited.

    Skip,
I came across this link and thought it would interest you, given the topic of your D.Phil. dissertation. You will see that the author has a very different worldview from most, if not all the readers of your blog!

He has a very impressive (but somewhat ostentacious) website!

Interesting guy. Esoteric stuff. You and I will have to have a conversation about this off-line as I am quite sure most of it would be over the top here.

Maybe, Haha! But first, I’d need to read some of it … :-)
