      I only shoot with a camera. I could never even imagine killing one of these beautiful representations of God’s life.

        You’re right! I was horrified looking at pictures of a deer after being shot, loaded onto the back of a truck, and asked foolishly, “is that a deer?”. Of course it is a deer, shot to be food and stored for winter for the family. “oh, that’s nice!” I replied, not knowing what else to say,
        but at least it’s not shot for sport?!
        I do mean that the horns could be shorn off , just as rams’ horns for shofars, but then again, these are free roaming creatures, and not the types that could be used as shofars?
        So glad you shot only with your camera!
