This is so cool! (Literally, actually) Did you do a series on the alef bet?

Suzanne

I love this — it’s so like my mental picture of chet in hen — except perhaps no snow on the inside. 🙂 (California living makes you “weather” soft.) Though I do like the way the snow is trodden about upon one side and not the other.

~S now that you pointed that out, i, too, appreciate the trodden snow on one side!

and, i spent 25 years in San Diego before finding myself in Kansas and ‘weather’. Driving in snow is a true Dorothy experience.

Yahweh is our daily fence, he surrounds us at all times when i see this picture that what it reminds me of, the protection of his arms surrounding us SHABBATH SHALOM

This reminds me of what the Rabbis teach…I wonder if anything is impossible to a God who can make evergreen trees with black trunks cast blue shadows on white snow.

Reminds me of the “law”, that keeps us disciplined to keep within the boundaries, e.g. speed, and the oral laws, which kind of offers a protection and is not meant to imprison us leaving us no choice but to obey, but, we will still have the choice to choose facing the consequences of speeding, hurting/killing someone when we disregard the rules set as guidelines.
