The Talmud is a collection of Jewish rabbinic material that has influenced the Jewish community for millennia.  In its oral form, it was a significant source of exegesis during the time of Yeshua and Sha'ul.  In fact, many passages in the New Testament reflect Talmudic thinking.  Understanding its basic content and outline helps us appreciate the cultural background of the apostolic writers.

This series of lectures looks at the Talmud topically, covering a wide range of issues.  These lectures are broad brush strokes designed to acquaint the listener with rabbinic material.
