Nice shock cone AND iridescence!

Indeed it is magnificent power and displays the invisible things of God, laws of motion!
In shop, putting full power to ground test is stupefying.
22,000 lbs static thrust with afterburners!
Isn’t it neat seeing the take off and landing and the flight deck co-operation?

Does Rachel load missiles onto them?

What kind of camera do you use, Skip? How many frames per second does it shoot? Surely, you didn’t get this with an exact click for one pic. If you did it in one pic, congrats! Amazing shot.

Cool! I’m a Canon man, myself. 1Ds MkII. Oldie, but a goodie!
I’m thinking you had a heads up as to approximately when and where to expect the cool effect shot and that you probably only got one shot at it. Pretty good in light of all the variables in modeling the shot! It’s the kind of shot that needs a lot of prep and several passes to get the best capture. A cool challenge! Very good! I’ve always been impressed with your photography skills. You have a great eye and skills with your D800. Bravo.

This picture captures something sacred- it moves me to tears for the nation of Israel.

A few years ago, on my first night in Israel, I had an experience that I will never forget. As I lay on the hotel bed, I hear a loud super sonic jet fly overhead and then “kaboom” it breaks the sound barrier right over our room! My bed shook and so did my heart. I was with two other ladies who were both in the room putting away their stuff, I commented on the sound and they looked at me like what? They had not heard or felt anything! I knew this was going to be an interesting trip, and it was. But what I was hearing was in the spirit realm and God was speaking about breaking the sound barrier between Him and His people.
I want this picture, It’s beautiful!

If that is the Lone Ranger

Where is Tonto?

Or, better yet, Lois Lane

Coincidentally I just came in my condo with my dog Max

Out on the balcony where he and my son like to sunbath

The eves have become over infested with yellow jackets

They say yellow jackets can be harder to kill than hornets

Fortunately, I was able to fend off their fearless leader

Who looked a little bit like Darth Vader

I’ll never forget the first time I heard a sonic boom – at 3AM over a populated area (yes, it woke me up!). The pilot(s) responsible got a serious reprimand for that stunt!
