Did you purchase Cross Word Puzzles?

For everyone who purchased my latest book, Cross Word Puzzles, as a paperback or PDF, I would like you to have this Appendix, an examination of John’s first letter in light of the claim of Revelation 13:8 that Yeshua’s sacrifice occurred before the foundation of the world.

This brief exegetical analysis of the verses in 1 John will help you understand John’s wording in Revelation.

Hi Skip:
Thank you for this — it never ceases to amaze me how God works Your book and now this paper completely address the discussion I have been having with my best friend. We’ve both been struggling with the impossibility of the crucifixion meeting the sin sacrifice requirements, and the consequent implications for so much of the rest of scripture vs Christian theology. I haven’t yet finished the book because I find I have to stop every 1-5 minutes and chew on what I’ve read. But I am discovering that many sticking points of scripture, which in the past I would gloss over because they just didn’t fit, are now beginning to make sense through this “new” (for me, not YHVH) paradigm. It’s like looking at one of those hidden image pictures — once you see it, you have to manipulate your eyes to see it the old way. Not that I really want to see it the old way again, I just want to be able to help others see the hidden picture.

Skip, this was very thought-provoking…and enlightening. I do have one question. Revelation 13:8 says that the Lamb was slain from the foundation of the world. And yet you state Yeshua was sacrificed at that time. Are you assuming the Lamb and Yeshua are one and the same entity? If that is the case, then are you saying that Yeshua was twice sacrificed?
