The Altar in Port St. Joe, Florida

This last weekend Rosanne and I drove to Port St. Joe to teach on Friday and Saturday. We met with the group that gathers under the direction of David and Cindy Fernandez at a place called “The Altar.”  It was an enormous pleasure to be with about 40 people for the two days.  The reason I want to tell you this is because I believe that what David and Cindy are doing is exactly what God has in mind for this movement back to His Kingdom.  The people to attended were from as far away at Dothan, Alabama.  There were old people, young people and children.  They all had Christian roots, but they were all there to learn about the Hebraic worldview and their connection to the God of Israel.  And the most impressive thing about all these people is that they genuinely cared for each other.  It was simply refreshing to be in a small town with a small group of people who wanted to serve the Lord by serving each other.  And that’s what I find all over the world.  God is bringing people back to community and that is the hallmark of our relationship to Him.  “You will be known by your love for each other.”  That’s what makes it truly divine.

Thank you, David, Cindy and all the people in Port St. Joe.  I was deeply moved.

And for the rest of you, please pray for these few who have chosen to stand up for His Kingdom in this small Florida town.  You and I know them as brothers and sisters and they need us to lift them up.  That’s what it means to be a part of At God’s Table.

Thank you for the kind words, Skip.

We are so very grateful to have the opportunity to meet you and Rosanne. YHWH has surely placed you both in our lives!
I cannot say enough about the teaching! It was life changing to say the least…and I don’t say that lightly! We are excited about the direction we are headed, as “we look back” into our future!

December will not get here soon enough!

Blessings
David and Cindy
