What Happened to the Sabbath?
One of my Ph.D. students, Paul Thompson, completed his dissertation on the subject, “What Happened to the Sabbath?” Since it is a well-documented account of the history of replacing the Sabbath with Sunday worship, I thought you might be interested in his work as a definitive source examining this controversy.
Paul has agreed to allow readers of Today’s Word to download it without cost.

It works fine for me. Takes me immediately to a download which opens with the text. Must be something in your settings.
If you are using Mozilla/Firefox you may need to add a plug in for Adobe. Try asking Google and see what sort of suggestions come up.

Thanks so much Paul & Skip for your work & for posting it! I read it all. Very informative. Seems to me it would benefit from a discussion on the ‘divorcement of Israel’ JER 3:8 divorce of Israel IS 50:1 moms bill of divorcement HO 2:2 Israel not my wife , in regards to it being relevant to God not favoring the Jews?? Also, maybe on a lesser note, relevance of the water baptism vs circumcision? Thanks again
