STOP!! I made a mistake

THE TOUR DATES FOR ISRAEL IN 2015 are

May 21 or 22 to June 2 or 3.

As much as I would like to be there for six weeks (as the previous dates suggested), I don’t think any of us can afford that.

This trip will be leaving a mark on our hearts as well as our heads! We were so overwhelmed by the blessings of others on the trip, the depth of information, the vast knowledge of our Rabbis (Bob and Skip) and the Ever-Mind-blowing-never-failing Lord! Seeing with our ears and listening with our eyes….. things seemed to come alive and our understanding shifted into a more Hebraic view…..we completely see things from a different, much more 1st Century Believer’s view (though we still have a very, very long journey ahead)…. we know He is with us and in this and this trip was not just a ‘vacation’ but a life-changing experience. Thanks Skip and Bob for tolerating our never-ending questions and to Yoav, our AMAZING guide. We cannot wait to begin using the knowledge in the way it was meant…. You guys are a tremendous gift! L’Chaim!

Dear Skip,Bob and Yoav,

Thank you very much for putting together a great tour of Israel!

It was great to see all the sites written about in Scripture. My aim with this tour was to get a better understanding of who the authors of the Bible are.
What was the context of their letters, what was the political situation at that time, where was it written and who was the audience who heard it first.
I received a lot of answers and I now have a better understanding of the Hebraic (Biblical) way of life.

It was great to see the people of Israel came together on the Day of Remembrance and the Day of Independence. There is patriotism among the Israelis that we are not familiar with in South Africa.

Thank you Skip, Bob and Yoav, that you took time away from your families to pursue what God put on your heart.

We are back home and our journey continues, and I have much to learn..

Shalom
Nicol

To anyone considering a trip to Israel, this is the one to take. I had visited before with a group led by a non-denominational “Christian” pastor. He led the tour so the message was more of the same. This trip with Skip, Bob and Yoav was the real deal. Yoav, our Israeli guide is an historian and so full of knowledge that you will hear more history than you can take in. He never failed to answer a question and was so open about his own life and beliefs. He touched my heart with his personal story. I will never forget him and be ever grateful for his impact on better understanding life in Israel, past and present. Two other Israeli men, Moshe and Jeremy, spoke to us and from them I grasped so much more of the Hebraic view of God and life with God. These 3 men have impacted my life in more ways than I can even be aware at this time. I can only tell you that I did not want to leave their presence. I wanted to know them better, understand them more, to develop a relationship with mutual exchange. They made me hungry for the Hebraic approach to life. As always, Skip and Bob taught with excellence and challenge.

Now, for those of the older set, I am over 70 and encourage you to make the trip. Do begin a good walking program a few months before the tour as there is a lot of walking and climbing of stairs. But you do get to rest often and will have no problem if you do prepare yourself with exercise before hand. If ever you feel you can not go the distance, there is the option to wait behind and always something more to do or someone to talk to while waiting. Pray, listen and obey what G-d has for you.
Shalom, shalom,
Lynnet
