Talking on Water: August 8-22
Rosanne and I are leaving on August 8 for Rome where we will catch the Azamara Quest from Rome to Istanbul and I will lecture on board about the colonization of the Mediterranean and the cultures that influenced Paul’s world. Here’s the brochure from the cruise line. We will return on the USA on August 22. While on the ship I will have VERY limited internet access so don’t expect to hear from me too often. Book orders placed after August 7 will not be shipped until my return (sorry). And since this is a completely new crowd, say a few prayers that interest will be sparked for seeking the truth in these Greek locations.

Do you feel a little bit like Paul heading off on one of his missionary journeys?
Sometimes. But Paul didn’t do it all in 10 days and he managed with considerably less luxury. I am privileged to have this opportunity to reach a new group of people who really are just vacationing. Maybe something I say will cause a change. I’ll let you know.
