Intro from the site-
“Words of wisdom, words that have been forged in fire, words of truth drawn from torah, and applied to marriage. Listen as Lee shares principles gleaned from the book, “Garden of Peace” by Rabbi Shalom Arush and how he applied those principles in his own life. His humble heart, and his transparent sharing of his life experiences will deeply touch you. Listen also, as his wife, Sara Ingram, shares from the principles gleaned from the book, “Guardian Angel” by Skip Moen. You could hear a pin drop in the room as this precious couple shared these principles from torah and their life experiences for transforming a rocky marriage into a truly GREAT marriage.”
Exciting interview for sure!
Thanks Skip for this update. Shalom!
This is another interview, not the one Skip mentioned two days later!! This should be posted under Assistance For Guardian Angel :- )
Excelent! Two of my favs own this station … and it is a great way to get Skip’s message out!
I enjoyed your interview this morning Skip. I heartily agree that we must be alert, with hearts on earth wanting to be as close to His in Heaven as we can so we don’t miss those occasional “visitors”. Some years ago while rushing along a busy 4 lane boulevard I saw a worn looking woman and a small girl standing in the, very large, median holding a sign, “My child is hungry”. Next came that “knowing” in my heart. I hurried to the next block and a large grocery store. I literally ran through the store with a basket picking up what I could find that would be easily eaten without the necessary appliances. With my bags I rushed back and they were still there. I managed to find a parking spot directly across and then carefully made my way across the boulevard to the median. Arriving before the woman and child I was suddenly a bit shy so I just set them on the ground. “Thank you”, the woman said, “She’s so hungry.” The little girl literally dove into one sack. I quickly ran back across in a clearing of traffic…looked back over my shoulder and they were gone…sacks and all. There was not enough time for them to gather up the bags and cross the busy street, nor was it possible for a car to stop in the middle of traffic to pick them up…they were just gone. I am as stunned today as though it just happened when I think of it.
I have a feeling those times are more frequent then we realize..and I think two issues are addressed…or maybe tests…are we listening and will we obey.
Blessings on your day – and I’ll be praying you find the place of Rest He has in His Heart for you.
