Get behind me Satan! Prohibitive food for me. I think it’s in the Torah. 🙂
Great pic, though.

Yahweh, and his Torah is and should be our daily bread,it been told to us in his words , Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that comes out of his mouth, so for me ,and others who believe in Messiah I hope he is your daily bread too! SHALOM.

Luis,
What is in the picture that is prohibited? I didn’t know.
I empathise. In a reply to a comment made on my initial foray into this forum I, perhaps unwisely, attempted to inject a little humour; it was largely construed as being rude and ignorant except by a couple of people who knew me from another forum. I have sat on my hands ever since. Unfortunately the written word does not always convey the writer’s intent in the way a face to face dialogue does.
I must owe you several free passes from my contributions on the other site!
I’m definitely a fan of the Hebrew roots of our faith but am not sure I’m sufficiently informed to enter into meaningful discussion here with so many learned contributors without bankrupting myself on giving out passes… I’ll be listening quietly in the corner for the time being.
I can’t wait to be in Israel this fall and eat the delicious bread and other goodies they have! 🙂
Challah or any yummy bread they have. To a Jew Kosher food is spiritual.

Carbs! I lost 35 pounds form 12-31-13 to 11-31-14 avoiding such delecacies in your pic.
Ah, OK. Diet not kosher issues.
Yes, the refrence to Torah was my seemingly unsuccessful attempt at humor!

Christopher, you get a pass for one free blunder from me! Next time you do it, though, I am going to require you to give me a free pass back though…..
And Luis, that goes for you, too. If you think you need it. Smile. YHVH loves you.
Is this an attempt at humor Little Laura?
Is it as bad as yours? If so, perhaps I need that pass back!
I’m afraid we may be two peas in a pod, both comically challenged!
Well, we can always laugh at each other!

Try again. We know you better now. And sitting on your hands keeps us from knowing you even better.
True, but see my reply to Laurita.
