Our Friends in Lima, Peru
You and I, this whole community, have some friends in Lima. You’ve probably never met them, but they are there, trying their best to carry out God’s word in a city that is marginally Catholic and mostly Babylonian. I thought you might enjoy seeing some pictures of the churches where I taught. One was a converted garage where cars parked during the day. One had no roof (no picture of that one). But as you can see, the crowds were so large that people sat in the street to hear. I guess I will have to go back, right?
ABBA be praised. Is there such hunger and freedom to hear the Word!
How was the Word received, Skip? Thank you for sharing. Shalom!
