WEIRD!!!! Was that rain, such dark storm clouds and light on the other side.? I wonder! Oh, wish you had, or able to catch more of that. Some sort of “experimenting” going on?
The sun was just coming up and lighting up the high clouds while they were raining over the ocean. It only lasted a few minutes but it was pretty intense. Glad I got to see it.

You should submit this to Earth Science Picture of the Day. Google EPOD. The top of the rain cloud caught the Rays of the low sun, and the blue light was preferentially scattered out of the line of sight! It would be most appropriate for an EPOD.
