One of my fondest memories is trekking up the drakensberg in ravines just like these collecting amasing agates mimicking the convulated shapes overhead.
Curiously my childhood secret places has never been discovered and hopefully will never be.
Maybe I can take my grandchildren there some day.
It is the colour revealed in light that is so attractive, as is captured in this amazing picture.
