One of our community has passed on. Phyllis Muller’s mother, Charlotte, is closer to the ‘olam ha’a. Her journey continues in places we cannot go now. She leaves behind a wonderful daughter, Phyllis. Please offer prayers for Phyllis and Larry in this time of remembrance.

I have no intention of diminishing Phyllis’s loss but I have requested prayer for my wife’s healing on this site at least twice. It was not to be. Judy passes away at 1:40 am on Saturday morning after 65 days in the hospital the majority of which was spent in ICU. The whole immediate family was able to be at her side as it became clear that the end in this dimension was drawing near and she was going to meet the Lord in person. I am happy for her but very sad for me as I face life without her love and management.

My prayer for you is with mixed emotions; happy for Judy but with a heavy heart for you.
May the coming days be met with His gracious strength and presence guiding your every
moment. May you be able to tell the world of His peace that passes all understanding.
Stay steadfast in Him.
We, all of us I am sure, are saddened by your news. While this journey is but a sliver to the total reality, it is the sliver that we know now. God sustains us in the midst of all our trials. Judy is safely at rest.

I know what is like to lose your mother. I also know what it is like to lose a mother who loved the Lord. May God be with you as you travel your own journey of grief. At the end, He will be there as He was on your journey. Bless you.
