Time Flying

Two clocks in the Doge Palace in Venice, keeping time for several hundred years.  I guess I’m not so old after all.

Thank you, Skip, for sharing these interesting devices. Is the “top” of the hour at the dot in the center of each Roman numeral section or at the space between the sections? And, the annual clock, by the zodiac no less, does it move based on those cycles, from roughly the 20th-21st of each Gregorian month? Different perspectives indeed.

I noticed the numbers go counter clockwise also.
