Skip congrats to ya’ll! Happy for you! I’m sure lots of new doors will open. I listened to these lectures and still awed at the little “gems” I pick up here and there from listening to you. I’m not as theologically versed or polished as the rest of you so some goes over my head but some sticks. All part of that refining process I guess. One thing that everyone else may already know but it’s new to me is the insertion that “Yahweh” is incorrect. I understand there is a lot of controversy on the name. But in this lecture you were saying it’s not a name but a symbol. How do we pray to a symbol? What am I supposed to call YHWH? Is there any accurate pronunciation?
You are right. Lots of controversy and speculation. No one knows for sure anymore, I would guess. But they did once, a long time ago, so I suppose the your choice of pronunciation will be accepted until He decides to correct us all.
