HELP please

When it comes to doing anything except photo editing in Photoshop, I am a complete novice.  Therefore, when I try to make a new cover for my latest book, soon to be published, I really have no idea how to do this.  And watching the videos on YouTube doesn’t help much since they all assume you have basic knowledge of the process.

SO, I need help.  Is there someone out there who can help me create the cover for this book?  I have the images and the titles but I don’t have the skills to put it all in the right file format, etc.
