Just as God displays his glory and beauty in the things that he has made, he has a personal plan for each individual thing. The ultimate purpose and personal plan that God has for all of mankind is to glorify God and particularly to enjoy God in the beauty of his holiness forever. The things man has made are also made according to a plan… The question is, “To what ultimately do the things that mankind has made correspond to God’s ultimate purpose and plan?”
