Playing Golf can be a Righteous Act
One of our faithful readers is Amy Gomes. You will remember her as the woman who, through her own assets and resources, built the first-ever school for disabled children in Ukraine. Amy does a lot more than that for kids who are otherwise ignored or left out of active society. Amy has asked to promote her first golf tournament for those in the Orlando area. This tournament will help raise funds for her righteous work – and it is therefore a righteous act. So, sign up and play.
Below is the form and the information about Amy’s company.
Central Florida Pediatric Therapy Foundation is a non-profit that was established in November 2009. The foundation is the dream of two pediatric therapists, Amy Gomes and Renee Phares. Amy and Renee have been working with special needs children through their company Central Florida Pediatric Therapy Associates, for over 20 years.
Mission and Vision – “Because building opportunities for people with disabilities strengthens the entire community, it is our vision to provide a place to live work and play for everyone. We are committed to the idea that everyone has gifts that can impact others. It is our challenge to build venues and create opportunities for cooperative growth through the use of these gifts.
Three aspects of the foundation

HIPPOTHERAPY- the utilization of a horse for therapeutic purposes. Physical, occupational, or speech therapists conduct the therapy session. The horse’s movement stimulates postural and muscular reactions in the rider.
