robert, i had a response to you but it was deleted/taken away – don’t know what happened to it but maybe i can ask the questions again if my memory will serve me well:
how did you ever see “A coupla brides during an earthquake?” can you please explain how you saw that in the photo above – for the life of me i could never see that in what you see – only through your eyes… ♥
there are 7 white ribbons – is that multiple weddings or multiple brides – my inquiring mind wants to know but not for the enquirer – just curios for myself…
how did you see “A coupla brides during an earthquake?” – such an astounding eye for sure… 🙂

It looks like a very high building like a hotel taken from below and from the side to me.

Well Skip, I’ve read the first of your 22 of 30 introduction subscription. Then I receive this “image” in shades of brown with a blue corner. So I ask myself, “OK, what is Skip up to here?” In his teachings he’s been bringing out a Hebrew perspective and turning my Greek thinking upside down on its head. So, what’s he up to here with this image? Is this a trick question, What is it?”
Well, I could speculate and try and come up with all kinds of wild scenarios of what this might be. I’d have to let my creative juices flow on this one. So, my answer. I’m not going to try and figure out what it is. It doesn’t have to be anything. I don’t have to explain what it might mean as if there has to be a logical explanation. It’s OK for it to just plan be abstract. So, my answer? It’s an image that can be “used” for a number of purposes: artwork decor to frame in a room to bring out earth tones, decorated wrapping paper for a gift, etc. So, rather than describe what it is, I would try to say what it’s purpose could be used for.
OK, if this is an exam, I’m afraid I just got an “Fail” grade. Any hope for this Greek thinker? 🙂
Thank you, Richard, for your observation on this photo and your connection to the beauty and mystery of the image. I think you’re on to something Hebraic when you decided to discover its purpose rather than merely identify the objects! Don’t be so harsh on yourself. 😀

We think it is walls with spaces in between. Can see the 2 ladders on the left side. But why? And what is the bigger picture?
sorry art, i only remember knowing you as A.W. – suppose A is the A in art but i didn’t think it was you (after all) but so thankful you reassured us – carl & i… ♥
Balconies of a building at least 7 stories high, designed to look like waves and still under construction. Balustrades visible on the LHS of the picture, some sort of rope or cable hanging from the top level. Durock cement sheeting underneath the balconies not yet finished off.
Rodney, the detail for construction is in the wording not the eye:
“Balconies Balustrades rope or cable hanging from the top level. Durock cement sheeting underneath the balconies not yet finished off.”
that is construction/designing talk/type – not your normal description of a photo – i don’t know these terms because i don’t know much about construction…
It would be interesting to see the whole building.

http://www.tineye.com/ doesn’t know. It’s distorted and significantly filtered, whatever it is. The blue sky might hint that it’s a roofline. Pretty cool image, whatever.

But really, I agree with Rodney. 🙂

Ribbon candy strung out to dry across a courtyard beneath the sky! The ladder is being used like a toothpick…for support. :0)

Yes, that’s it. Pretty cool, huh?
WOW, RODNEY – ARE YOU INTO CONSTRUCTION/BUILDING OF BUILDINGS – YOU SURE KNOW A LOT ABOUT IT… ♥

No, Jan – I just have an eye for detail. 🙂
