Thanks. This place is such a contradiction. Yes, beautiful–and at the same time, all around are the signs of Mankind’s lack of stewardship. The environment, the natural life, the sea itself–all being destroyed by mismanagement, pollution, disregard, greed. It’s such a tragedy. The beauty is still there, but it is disappearing under a wave of “profit.” It’s been such a traumatic experience to see it first-hand. To see what the reality is after you’ve viewed the advertisements. The impact of human life is just as tragic. The disparity between rich and poor grows larger every day. Most people are victims of economic slavery. Corruption follows in every area of living.
But I still walk the beach in the morning, looking for God’s handiwork, capturing it as best I can before it is gone. I’m grateful to see it. I don’t think my grandson ever will.
We were there last year. My wife is from the Philippines. The Holy Spirit impressed on me a sense of emptiness amongst the beauty of the place and of the people. The rich laugh and compare how rich they are whilst poverty outside of their walls is ripe. God prompted us to buy land that he will show us. We prayed about this. He showed us where to buy. The next day we were signing fr the deed.
Jesus came to set things right in a world that had lost its way. As his disciples, I am going with what he commissioned us to do. Perhaps your Grandson will get the chance to experience God’s beauty afterall, as long as we continue to step out for his Highest. God Bless.
I happened across your web site purely by accident. God’s intended accident.
Beautiful photos, May God bless you as he reveals himself where you are today.

Yes, a divine accident. Where is your property?
Morong, Bataan near Subic. Where are you at the moment?
Are you there on holiday and apostolic trip?
Some of both. Back to Manila today.
Go for God. Shine his glory!
I love the middle picture. I would love to have it. Something about it is quite beautiful.
