- The Theological Dictionary of the New Testament ed. Kittel 10 volumes. This is for Greek readers. If you don’t read Greek, get the single volume abridged edition.
- The Theological Dictionary of the Old Testament ed.Botterweck currently 15 volumes. This does not require that you read Hebrew.
- The New International Dictionary of New Testament Theology 4 volumes
