Paul’s letter to the Colossians

Written from prison, Paul’s letter to the assembly at Colossae reveals his intense concern for a community he never visited in person. His words not only offer personal advice but also touch on serious theological issues like unity, the sovereignty of God, the role of the Messiah, and the relationship between members and families. In this study of the text, we examine these crucial ideas and the Greek text itself, its vocabulary, and meanings, as we proceed from verse to verse. The study guide includes the Greek, a transliteration, and a translation, enabling the student to see and read each important word. These lectures were first given to a group in Australia. The comments and questions have been retained so that you can follow the development of these topics from the perspective of fellow students.

This series contains 16 audio lessons (over 15 hours) and 4 pdf files containing the study notes.
