I’m not sure this is what you are referring to but to me, on the right side of the synagogue door looks like a mezuzah. If so, that sandwiched between these two Islamic building are contained the words, “Hear, O Israel, the LORD our God, the LORD is One”

Kees, Thanks to the Creator of the Universe, that you could come up with such a delightful answer to the student that said, “‘SIR, you wil go to hell!—– Because we have lived in a Muslim Country, and I have read for forty five years everything I could get my hands on current Islamic teachings, we are very well aware of all this, too. I have wept and interceeded over my own country, U.S. and really many of the nations of the world. I still do often.

Before the last election, I truly believe that when it first became barely known that a man that was sired by a Muslin father, and raised by a muslim step-father, etc. ( his first book stated these things –we read it, others, too, many conservative people read it and wrote comments or short reviews.—–mainstream press igonored it all—), but soon- very soon that book was snatched off the shelves and replaced by another book omitting such things.
During this period of time, I became literally very ill with grief. I have never been know to have stomach problems, but for three days and nights I was exceedly ill. I truly believe it was for the grief that the Holy Spirit of God showed me could/would happen to our nation and world. In the muslim beliefs, if your father is a muslim, you will always be one, too. It does not matter what religion they say they have taken on recently–( to get where they want to go) they are still a muslim at heart.. The American liberal press, and the worldly leaders are so thrilled to get Yahwa, Jesus, Jews, Christians out of their hair that they rejoiced and still are rejoicing to get someone else.
American people are basically so caught up into getting more and more money to buy more and more things, to see and do more & more fun things, to go to more places, and it never ends. I Timothy 6:5 ” Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. 6. But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8. And having food and rainment let us be content. 9. But they that will be rich fall into tempation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.

IN A BOOK, NOW OUT OF PRINT, ” THE LAST OF THE GIANTS,- Lifting the Veil on Islam and the End Times” by George Otis, Jr. —-It is a book by a researcher on Islam and spiritual realities underlying current world events. It was dsitributed by Fleming H. Revell Co.’s Chosen Books.——unfortunately someone took our book from our home several years ago. But our twice a week newspaper, with the owner/ editor, did a lenghty interview of our lives in a country with 95 % muslim people and a summary of the book. The editor and his wife wrote it up very well with correct information; we and the book cover, were pictured on the front page. At that time, some people told me they could not find the book, and it was out of print. I have not looked on line but am going to do so now. I think it was written and we had the paper back, before we left Houston in 1993, so it must have been published in the late “80’s.

Please Do not ignore looking for the book, because of the partial title, ” the end times”. The best I remember end times was barely mentioned. The STASTICS WITH PERTINENT INFORMATION TO BACK IT UP WAS VALUABLE AND INTERESTINGLY WRITTEN. I recall later, that the author stated that his only known God given gifts were in statistic and research. ( His father was a well known Charismatic Minister of the Gospel. ( However; I will say, that too many years ago to remember, I stopped reading or studying “end time things”– so it is possible that i just skimmed it and went over that part. I do not think that was the case though. –

— All the things Skip has written on this subject, and MUCH More were in the book.– At the time the book was written there were 300 Christian Churches that had been overtaken and turned into mosques.—–YES, THE MUSLIMS DEFINETLY THINK THEIR LARGE BIRTH RATE IS A big and valuable PART OF EVENTUALLY TAKING OVER THE WORLD. THEY ARE A VERY “PATIENT” GROUP OF PEOPLE— BUT AS STATED ABOVE—-YAHWEH STILL ANSWERS PRAYERS, AND BLESSES REPENTANT PEOPLE,, WE MUST CONTINUE TO SEEK FIRST THE KINGDOM OF GOD ( OF THE OLD & NEW COVENANTS, AND HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS, PLUS ENCOURAGE ONE ANOTHER AND FAINT NOT!—-KEEP WARM NEAR THAT OLD COLD WET SEA!—
— WE HAVE NOW HAD 6 Inches of rain for the year— with some of it the past two days, and 51 degrees yesterday, last night, and today into the 60’s– in Central TX. My husband’s sister-in-law and family live in Ruby, Alaska—- past night’s temp: minus – 25. ice on the Yukon River thick enough to let them use snowmobiles to ride on it. And they think that they are in Warming Years. She was born and raised there, and is an Athabascan Indian–educated in Sitka in Catholic Schools, several hundred miles away from where she lived.——
