INDIA: A Believer’s Perspective
Yesterday I attended a baptism of a young woman. The church (pictured below) is the only Christian church in the entire area. A congregation of 12 including the pastor were on hand. Being Christian in this Hindu/Muslim world means something real. The pastor’s family is the only Christian family in the village where he lives. I thought you should see what it takes to believe here.
Hi Thanks for photos of India.Warms my heart to see them. We have personally worked in Leprosy relief in Tamil Nadu for 15 years now, building hospitals , school and starting a surgical shoe a factory recently. There is such a need to encourage these people. Your doing a great job. We are very stimulated by your books and word for today.
Thanks

Awesome Scene! Praise God!!! Amen!
hmmm
makes me think of the late 60’s when my first wife and I moved to Encinitas CA
across the street from a point break surf spot called Swamis
above the surf spot was a beautiful temple with park like grounds for meditation
we were very attracted to the place an when we went in met anold Jewish women who “took us in”
we were very attracted to yoga, which is a Sanskrit word yoga with the literal meaning of “yoke”
from a root yuj meaning to join, to unite, or to attach (not free)
The Gura was a guy name Paramahansa Yogananda
Ananda means highest form of spiritual bliss as I recall, and many years later I had a “partner” at Cisco
named Anand
For the bhakti schools of Vaishnavism the goal is to enjoy an eternal relationship with Vishnu
I’m currently working with a guy named Vishnu at Aruba Network
On Multiple spanning tree protocols (MSTP)
ish = man (Strong’s Hebrew)
Vishnu at Aruba might be a Hindu
My son’s best friend is Anish (Indian and MexicAn)
Vishnu manifests as many avatars
YHVH God is(H) the Son of Man
No wonder rabbis like to pun
Especially on the letters 🙂
AMEN PRAISE YAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
